I’m Kimberly Hostetter
Team Leader & Realtor
Kimberly was born in Northridge, CA, and raised in Tehachapi, a quaint town in the Southern California mountains. Inspired by her parents, who were successful entrepreneurs, she developed a passion for business early on, which led her to start her real estate career in 2005 at just 19 years old.
In 2015, Kimberly became a licensed Realtor in the Shenandoah Valley and has since had the privilege of assisting hundreds of clients in achieving their real estate goals. Before returning to real estate sales, she gained valuable experience as a real estate paralegal at one of the area’s top law firms and as a Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, a role that placed her among the top two percent of the company.
Kimberly loves what she does and the people she gets to work with. She is passionate about making a positive impact in others’ lives, a mission she embraces while serving her clients. She specializes in working with both buyers and sellers in Rockbridge County, Augusta County, and the surrounding areas, focusing on professionalism and building strong, lasting relationships.
Known for her clear communication and tenacious negotiation skills, Kimberly is committed to advocating for her clients' best interests, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction every time. She is devoted to creating the best experience possible, going above and beyond to meet her clients' needs.
Kimberly counts it a privilege to reside in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Alexis and Lucas. The family is actively involved at Rockbridge Church, where Kimberly co-leads the women’s ministry and serves alongside Matt in the music ministry. In her free time, she enjoys riding her quarter horse, Cinch, and attending martial arts classes with her kids.

Staci Mauck, is the Executive Assistant for Kimberly Hostetter at Harmony Home Team. Staci is a Rockbridge County Native and resides in Lexington, VA. Currently, Staci assists with various daily operations at Harmony Home Team, such as transaction management and marketing. She has worked alongside Kimberly for the past 5 years. Recently, Staci has obtained her Virginia Salesperson License.
Staci is a tremendous asset to Harmony Home Team and is a key ingredient in providing a top-notch client experience to every buyer and seller we work with. She values the lasting connections she has built within our small town community. In her free time Staci enjoys music, camping, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Brooke is a Massachusetts native who proudly calls Rockbridge County home, along with her Husband and two daughters. Relocating here allowed Brooke the opportunity to raise her girls while also enjoying the more relaxed lifestyle that she and her family desired.
Passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals and find their dream homes, Brooke brings strengths such as great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a warm, people-focused approach to her work. Hunter Kingery, a native of Rockbridge County, has lived in various areas of Virginia such as Lynchburg, Harrisonburg (where she graduated from James Madison University), and Staunton at different stages of her life. Despite her time in these places, Rockbridge County has always been her true home. Residing in the Fairfield area of the county, Hunter and her husband built their forever home in 2023.
In the fall of 2021, Hunter became a licensed Realtor, where she channels her passion for helping people through the real estate industry. Hunter works with both home buyers and sellers, but specializes in residential land sales and new construction consulting. Offering extensive knowledge of the complexities of building, Hunter dedicates extra effort to ensure her clients grasp each stage and feel supported throughout their journey. Known for her detail-oriented and innovative approach, she meticulously navigates her work with precision and a fresh perspective. Hunter's unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service is evident in her personalized guidance through the real estate process, offering care, expertise, and a tailored experience.
When Hunter is not busy working with her clients, you can likely find her on her front porch, in her rocking chair, in what she lovingly refers to as her “spot.” She loves of all things construction and food and in her free time enjoys offshore fishing with her husband, Cole, on their boat, learning to barrel race, and being outdoors.

Although I recently joined the Harmony Home Team, I bring several years of experience in media.
Currently, I’m studying at Randolph College, pursuing a degree in Communications to deepen my understanding of the social media landscape and enhance my skills in creating impactful content. My name is Amanda Danaher
Client Experience Manager
I was born in sunny San Diego, and spent my early years moving around the country—from Oregon to Arizona—before settling in North Carolina at the age of 9. Growing up in the country, I rode horses, soaked up sunshine, and dreamt of the big city life one day. After studying journalism I stumbled upon my true passion: event planning. I spent several years as a meetings and conference coordinator for a non-profit and then a trade association on Capitol Hill, managing everything from day-to-day to logistics for events both on and offsite.
In 2013, I married my husband, Peter, and soon after, we welcomed our first child. I loved my job but wanted to be home with my baby girl, so I transitioned to working from home.
We moved to Lexington in April of 2023 from Baltimore, Maryland. It was like a breath of fresh air. The small-town charm and Lexington’s quaint downtown feel took a weight off of our shoulders, and we felt for the first time that we could finally rest, let loose, and enjoy life as a family. We’ve absolutely fallen in love with Lexington, and we wouldn’t dream of calling
anywhere else home!
Now, as a mom of five, I’m back to my roots in event planning and customer service, and so thankful to be a part of the Harmony Home Team, creating welcoming and memorable experiences for our clients.
